In Building Your Instructional Muscles, Anita will talk about the comparisons between her experiences between working as a group fitness instructor and how she uses her instructing/presenting skills in her role as a library technician through database workshops & orientations and how fellow Library professionals can use the same concepts to plan and implement instructional or general programming in their own libraries with their users.
